• Where should the business owner be positioned in the office? The owner or the MD should be seated in the North or should be facing East; this seating is considered ideal in Vastu. The most important point to note is that the owner/MD should never be seated facing against the entrance. Therefore, the direction in which the owner should be facing can also depend on the Dasha, Mahadasha, and Antardasha of the position of the Graha (planets).

You can also consider West and South for the lawns,however, North should be kept more open when compared with South, the same with East as compared to West. And,for the parking space placement, Vayavya Kon(North-West) and Agni Kon(South- East) should be considered.
• As for electric panels, South- East, North- West and South can be used.
• The disposal of liquids from offices and factories should be done in the direction of North- East(Eshan Kon) . It can also be done towards East and North.
• The quantity and positioning of windows- The windows in offices should never be placed towards Nairitya Kon (South- West )but the rest of the directions are ideal. This particular principle should be applied necessarily in the construction of the office. More windows should be placed in the directions of North and East than in south. The least number of windows should be facing South. The number of windows should be even in number.

Note: If the Rahu is stronger of the owner of the office, then it is beneficial to have the opening towards the South. And if Shani (Saturn) is stronger then the west direction can be used too.
